I have been coming here for the past few years and the service and quality of food has been amazing. The owners feel like old friends at this point. If you’re looking for fresh food made quickly in a welcoming environment don’t hesitate to go. You won’t be disappointed.

absolutely incredible service!!! owners are the most down to earth individuals and i look forward to getting lunch here! always impeccable food from small individual orders to fulfilling last minute lunch orders for a large team. my favorite downtown spot :)

Great place downtown for salads! Always ready fast & everything is very fresh. While I haven’t eaten in restaurant, the pickup service is always great. 10/10

Stopped in for lunch when I was downtown the other day. Got the Thai Beef Wrap and a Red Eye coffee/espresso. The wrap tasted great and wasn't heavy which was perfect for lunch. Hung out for a bit and read while I drank my coffee. Nice spot to sit and relax, and the entire staff were friendly. I'll definitely stop back in next time I'm downtown.

Pronto Fresh is my go-to lunch spot in downtown Syracuse. The delicious fresh salads are my absolute favorite, and the soups are a great way to warm up in winter. The owners put a lot of care into this business and are always kind to everyone! Don't listen to any negative reviews... this place is amazing!

Great food and convenient downtown location. Lots of options including many vegetarian offerings. Salads are substantial and delicious (get the house-made dressings!). I also really like the soup and grilled cheese and they have nice soup/salad combo options as well. Also, they do a great job with catering for a group!

Don't pay attention to any bad reviews here. Prontofresh is my favorite place for lunch when I'm in Syracuse. The menu has something for everyone and the ingredients are fresh and delicious. The caprese panini is a vegetarian dream. The big cookies are the best sweet treat around. The owners are fantastic in every way. In a capitalist country where chains dominate, it's so refreshing to get good food from a family business. If it isn't your thing, fine, go somewhere else, but don't leave negative reviews just to be cringy. Go fill your cravings for artificial flavor elsewhere. I love this place. I love the food. I love the owners. Five stars aren't enough. I give them a perfect 10. I'll be back. Time and time again.

Pronto Fresh & Eatery is one of those downtown Syracuse gems that never disappoints. The warmth and care they put into the place is felt the moment you walk in. I don’t get downtown as often as I’d like, but whenever I do, Pronto is always my go-to lunch stop and it consistently delivers. Today’s meal was the butternut squash soup paired with a Tuna Melt, and it was absolutely delicious. The soup was smooth and comforting, and the Tuna Melt was perfectly done, simple, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. If you haven’t been yet, it’s well worth the visit. And if you have, you already know why this place is such a standout.

Pronto Fresh is always amazing with food and customer service. The portions are perfect to get two meals from one order. Everything is always fresh and you can customize your salad or wrap in so many ways. You will not be disapointed if you eat here.

Joined my mama for a lunch date. As she previously told me, they live up to their name. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and hearty. The portions were generous, and even though I couldn’t finish it all, it was so good I still found myself picking at the bowl until the very end! Pictured is their Ceaser salad with added almonds!
